1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
    • Any tampering with the product or misuse will void the return eligibility.
    • The product must include a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Software, including downloadable software products.
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
    • Products that fall under clearance sales, special promotions, or are explicitly marked as non-returnable.
    • Perishable or consumable products, if applicable, once used or opened.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@msitechnology.com.bd or call us at +8801813216269. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • For returns due to product defects or incorrect items delivered, MSI TECHNOLOGY will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Return Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. MSI TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If the product is approved for return, we will proceed with refund or replacement as per your preference.
  • Replacement: If the product is eligible for a replacement, MSI TECHNOLOGY will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days of the approval.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. The refund will exclude any initial shipping costs unless the return was due to our error.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for returned products will be processed only if all return conditions are met.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
    • An item is returned after the 7-day return period but within a reasonable timeframe.
    • The item shows signs of minor use or missing accessories.
  • Refund Charges: If an order is canceled by the customer after payment and before shipment, a processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • MSI TECHNOLOGY will arrange for a free replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • For replacements, the defective product must be returned in its original packaging.

7. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations by customers before the order is shipped are allowed without penalty. Please contact our customer support team to request a cancellation.
  • MSI TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a full refund will be processed.

8. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged during delivery.
